If you are interested in starting the process to see if you can volunteer for the vaccine study, please complete the below screening questionnaire.  We hope to enroll a diverse (race/ethnic background, age, medical conditions) volunteer population.  Our mandate is to evaluate that this vaccine is safe and effective to protect the diverse population of Angelenos from COVID-19, especially in those communities who have been most impacted and those who are at highest risk for severe complications.
